Girl-Code® is an innovative mentorship experience for motivated high school girls facing multiple barriers. With expert facilitators, Girl-Code® is designed to help female youth contribute in competitive markets, realize their un-matched potential and emerge as empowered young women, future leaders, and problem-solvers of their communities.
We equip our girls with the necessary skills to achieve their grown-up aspirations and build a diverse network of talented, vibrant women and girls to inspire and support one another. Through one-on-one mentorship, seminars, scholarships, and internships, we help young women to reach their full potential, develop skills for their future and engage in influential relationships.
